Here's some pics from today. Best I could do for the comb. Still think it's a roo? It's about 5 1/2 weeks.

Ruby had the chick out to the compost pile and into the garden while I pulled weeds. It was chattering away They had some oats and feed before going back to the coop yard.

I went out to give the flock a follow up lice treatment, it's been 10 days, and Ruby has the chick in the loft.
Ruby screamed like we were killing her

Yea but you shoulda seen the evil look I got when I returned her chick to her. I'm going to have to watch my back for days! She is livid.
