Congratulations - it's always exciting to get the first eggs ad especially the green ones. I find that the people I give eggs to always get excited over the green & blue eggs - most people have never seen them. I have a few people who swear that they taste better. One man told me that people who can't eat regular eggs, due to allergies, can eat the green ones. I've just learned to smile and say "Is that so?"
