Just wanted to chime in with how proud I am of Kelly, she did an awesome job conditioning her Australorp cock bird, he was just lovely, and well-deserved his win! It was great to meet her and Tyler, and congrats to them both for their wins!

We had a great time at the show too, my daughter won Reserve Champion Large Fowl in the Junior show with her Buckeye cockerel, (and RCH American and BB, natch.) She also got BB with her Dutch CLB cockerel, and I won BB with my Buckeyes, Dutch, and Buckeye Bantam in the Open show.

The judges were wonderful, the fellowship was a real pleasure, just a great show all around.

My big Australorp was so good! He didn't try to flap me or anything. It was really funny though when we brought him back home....I carried him over to his coop and walked in the door and as soon as he seen his girls he FLEW right out of my hands and started cuddling with them. It was so cute!! He missed his girls!
