Dawn, think about it this way-the heat index is the actual temp factoring in the humidity as well. So, with high humidity, 90 can feel like 110 or more. I'd say low humidity is a blessing, LOL! I can't handle high humidity at all. It's why I miss living out west at higher altitudes.
