I had Coccidia once which was making my chickens shed pieces of stomach lining that I thought was worms. I treated for worms and kept loosing chickens. I took some poop to a vet and they told me the stringy stuff was lining and gave me the Coccidia diagnosis. Some treatments and we were back to normal with everyone else.
