When we were talking about how to strengthen the gate, so we wouldn't have to go any further into the garden, we decided to put a post on top! The sign idea came to me at that time, I wasn't planning on it, but I think it will be quite fun!

Some pictures of my Copper Marans! These are not the best pictures, they didn't want to pose for me...lol, but I'm pretty certain now that I have 2 Roo's and 2 hens! I'm still not seeing any copper in them, I wish I could have gotten them from Alchemist Farms, but they are a bit spendy! These are the ones I wanted for the eggs, but also for the looks, but as long as the eggs stand up to what they are supposed to be, I will be happy...well...mostly happy! Lol

I almost ordered my BCM from them, but just couldn't bring myself to do it! Their Barnevelders are super gorgeous too!

If I ever decide to get some from there, I will definitely use them for breeding purposes!

Bunny update! The rabbit was taunting me earlier today, sitting there eating grass 8 feet from me! See that red dolly next to him...he decided to take a nap under it...I was able to reach down and nab him, he sure kicked and squealed, I received a pretty good scratch on my hand, that's what I get for trying to catch a wild rabbit without gloves on! He is now back in the tractor! My husband brought home the trap for the dog! Hopefully we can catch him tonight and not someones cat...lol!

Thank you...so do I! I saw him in my yard today and had to just chase him out, he wouldn't come close enough to me! Hopefully this story will be over soon!

We were able to get all but one fence post in the ground today. The final post will probably have to be bolted to the boulders that are in the way...we've had to do that before.
