Saturday 9-11, I had flag at Half Mast. Some of the people passing realized the significance, did comment. Took down at sunset. In previous years when I had white dove pigeons, I had grandchildren do a release at the base of the flag. I explained to them meaning of a white dove release.

Would be great if you could figure out how to get them to bond with her before they are totally integrated. I haven't gotten through everything on your thread yet, are they going to be in the new coop?

Yes. They will be in the new coop together. They will move to the new coop at 6 weeks. I need move Phyllis in with them while they are young and I'm still trying to decide the best time to do it

Exposing them to each other every day right now will definitely help. Which I know you are already doing!

It's getting normal for the rest of the tribe. Only Sydney and Phyllis paid attention to them today. The rest kind of ignored them as "oh yeah, they are back again. No biggie"

Good evening everyone! We are heading out on another trip. We will be staying at Lake Roosevelt. The last time we were there was about 6 years ago...when our son was battling cancer, the trip ended with us rushing him to the hospital with an infection. We didn't have internet then & I'm not sure we will this time either. If not, I will see you all when we get back next week.
