Mine seem to be a little flighty, not surprising with this group as I haven't been able to spend as much time with them. But, it was the same with my first two also and I spent a lot of time with all of them. It might be different if I only had a few instead of 20. Because it is harder when there's that many.

I don't have any right now. When we moved from Wyoming I had to re-home them. If it looks like Kentucky is a permanent stop for us, a small flock might be in my future

I'm sorry you had to do that. And I'm so sad I've been away so long, that I didn't know that. How long have you been in Kentucky? That's another big change for you.

Went out to check on the girls to see where they were roosting. All 22 snuggled in for the night, well most of them are snuggling. Astrid, on the left, one of the Aquila's was pecking at poor Opal. Not sure what set her off. So, I started rubbing her chest to distract her. That seemed to work.
Maybelline is the first on the left and Penny is straight ahead, by herself. I don't think any of the littles will want to snuggle with either one of those two...lol
