Coop is 4ft wide 5 1/2ft tall and 8ft long

Looks good except for the wire. 1/2" hardware cloth is better. The wire you're using isn't strong enough to keep out predators. Hardware cloth is a little pricey but worth it for the safety of your chickens. This is a picture of our coop window with hardware cloth.

Really no need for my area only real threat is a hawk and even that is a rare site..

Cute Coop! You could add a solid roof over on the run for added shading. The run has grass now but will soon be all dirt.

Yes, I have thought about covering the run they do like to sit in the shade when it's hot out. May do that next weekend..
