I've had a couple with light grey skin, but never ever this light. Looks really strange. I like it though. She's special.

This is the normal coloring for Silkies skin and beak.

It's a silkie with light skin. Shouldn't have light skin like that, but it fits this little one. It's also a splash in colour (at least appears to be.. if it has any orange coming in - not splash).

Picture doesn't tell me either way on gender. Can I see the comb? With the light skin, it should be easier to tell gender. Comb will look red and raised if a boy, next to nothing and pale for a girl at this age.

Can't wait to get her "sister" here as well. We will be picking her up this weekend, Yay. Now i'm curious about the other chicks colors. They are from the same parents.

So, here is serenity's sibling (Phoenix). I'm understanding they are a silky and sizzle mix. Maybe that's where the lighter coloring comes from??
