Our pullets are about 3 months old. Are they too young to introduce a year old Rooster to?

They are likely not sexually mature yet. I'd wait a while.
How many pullets do you have?

Thank you for the response!
We have 8 pullets. We decided to wait until they are laying eggs and more sexually mature as suggested before adding a rooster to the group.

Eight should do okay with one rooster.
If you've never had a rooster before, make sure you go meet him first to ensure he isn't aggressive. Generally speaking, if he is crowing, he is sexually mature and should be starting show what kind of personality he will have, in case he is still a cockerel.
If you can get a true rooster (over a year old) that was raised by chickens and is still nice, he'd be a great asset to your flock.
Good luck!
