Our School's Poor FFA Project Chickens

No way... what the hell is wrong with them?

I would tell them off and they would get an earful that in my eyes they must be the sort that throw kittens in the river or burry puppies alive because taking care of animals properly is so inconvenient... or maybe they are the sort that throws dogs in crates out of cars... I have found a few of those driving my school bus.. because those people justified why it was okay to be cruel towards animals just like them! Shame on them.

So the drama continues... here's what one of the ag teachers said in a text:

"Just went through some drama with admin letting us know that there have been reports of the chickens being neglected, injured, fighting. This was weird to us since I know [a colleague] has been going out there regularly to care for them. We went out yesterday to check and they had food, water, no fighting, no injured birds, they were all calm and happy. Nothing was wrong. Some people just dont understand #chickenfarmlife... 🙄"

She clearly doesn't realize it was me who complained. Did I overreact? Y'all saw the pictures. I don't think that's normal or ok. But my chickens are spoiled pets, not farm/livestock birds. Is that "chicken farm life?"
