There is a CPVC Pipe that is almond colored & has more flexibility because it is thinner walled than Schedule 40, but I think it should take a screw just fine. As far as strength goes, for the purpose of a stagecoach coop, I do not believe there will be any noticeable difference.

There is also electrical conduit(PVC/CPVC) that you can maybe use, tho I do not know what the cost per piece is.

Yeah, the cpvc is good, just a gray color instead of white, I wouldn't use the thinner PVC as it wouldn't hold up very well to the sun.
