Our Texas-sized coop

Congratulations on your nice set up. I would suggest that you remove one bank of the nest boxes entirely as they will almost never be used. I would then install roosting boards in it's place higher than the nest boxes on the opposite wall. I would lower the other bank of nest boxes as chickens tend to roost at the higest point and soil the insides of those nest boxes and their eggs. Have fun.
 
I love the run and coop, very well done.
Suggestions.....
If you are having predator problems I would add at least one strand of electric wire to the bottom 18" of the outside of the coop. With small kids you can use a photo eye and or timer so it goes on only when you want it (when the children aren't at risk of touching it until they get older)!
I would not plant the honeysuckle directly on the wire, use an arbor about a foot or two away, so the honey suckle doesn't get imbeded in the wire. You'll still get the shade and cooler air and the chickens won't deleaf what they can reach and leave a bare ring up about 18-24" up.
