Do you guys have any outdoor camera recommendations that you use? I am wanting to get one to face my run so I can see what types of critters come and check it out! It can’t be a Wi-Fi camera because the Wi-Fi cannot reach where my chickens are since they’re too far from the house. I wish I had a camera when my cattle dog/shepherd mix chased a suspected coyote away from the run around 2pm yesterday (a coyote in the area has been taking peoples free range chickens in the afternoon). She sat by the run the rest of the day staring at the wash, which is what the coyotes use to travel. They’re safe in the run, it’s 6 ft tall and covered, has 1/2” pvc coated hardware cloth which is attatched with screws and fender washers but I wish I could have seen what happened! I’d also like to know how predators try to get in so I can check to see if I ever need to reinforce an area of the run!
