So, what's yoyo? And the move to phpBB, was that with Garm? Give me more details, I'm totally interested in all the history stuff.

I think Ivan means YoYo= Yuku & phpBB=PunBB. Don't worry, I'm sure you will catch on. You seem quick on the learning curve.

Over on EZ, sometime back, we were discussing (EZ/YUKU) and their apparent inability to hotswap servers and whether or not they really did retool their backup schema (we joined BYC/EZ just after they crashed and burned - what posts????). So, I'm pleased that we now know exactly who is guarding the coop!

Site use is just about transparent and that is just about as good a compliment as exists (most info./utility with the fewest number of mouseclicks/keystrokes!!!)

Oh, and will be happy to pay for the privilege, i.e., membership fees.

Rob, I'm just an old in-house relational db app writer from the days of DOS2, when Paradox and DB were the tools dujour. KISS was survival. So, yeah, I keep up out of habit. And, old fogey that I am (time and not memory now the constraining variable), I'm even less tolerant of excess masquerading as necessity (and to think-my sister-in-law is climbing the corporate ladder in Redmond - the horror...).

(for those thinking I'm referring to glam rockers: KISS=Keep It Simple Stupid)
