Over EZ Medium Coop

I might be able to get my hands on one of these for a few hundred dollars. Any thoughts? I am limited to 3-5 chickens in the town (our family farm where my shared flock lives is outside the town line so we have unlimited there), so I only need something to house a handful for my own yard. Adding ventilation would be the only project required before moving new Pullets in this spring if we get it. I really don’t care for the other prefabs I have seen and would rather use our yard space for a big run & small coop versus a big shed and smaller run. To have someone hand make a 4x4 or 4x6 looks to be minimum over $1200 in my area.

That brand seems to be better made than most. Since you're aware of the ventilation issues it seems a likely possibility.

Is this a used coop? Will it need any significant repair?

Used for a very short time. Inside looks brand new except for very slight marks.

For "a few hundred dollars" and 3-5 birds max, I'd say that'd be a very good pick up.
