Over EZ Nipple Waterer getting gross in days!

Alright, alright, alright...the water has stayed super clean for two weeks without adding anything to it! YAY!

Good news. I was just thinking about this thread when you posted.
My chickens have been drinking a lot of wild water from feed bowls left outside and I realized I hadn’t looked at the waterer in 3-4 weeks. Just checked and it is still nice and clear.

I just cleaned out the waterer! 3 weeks and zero scum or anything! So happy!!! I was able to NOT change it until the level got down to where I could pick it up by myself, which was just a half inch above the nipples. This time, I filled it to the top and will keep an eye on it. But I'm totally happy with it!
