Here you go. They are kind of like cream puffs without the cream. open and put lots of butter inside!
POPOVERS
2 eggs
1C milk
1C four
1t salt
Preheat oven oven to 450. Grease 6 custard cups or a large muffin tin.
Beat eggs and add milk, flour and salt. Beat just until smooth.
Fill each cup 1/2 full.
Bake at 450 for 25 minutes.
Lower temperature to 350 and continue baking for 15-20 minutes more.
They will "popover" the cups. They should be golden when done.
This is enough for 1 or 2 people...I usually triple the batch.
MMM--making them tonight...maybe I could fill them with egg salad too?
