Over run with eggs, please help!

With the egg recall going on right now, I would think that a little ole' sign saying "Farm fresh eggs" would do quite well!

Here you go. They are kind of like cream puffs without the cream. open and put lots of butter inside!

POPOVERS
2 eggs
1C milk
1C four
1t salt

Preheat oven oven to 450. Grease 6 custard cups or a large muffin tin.
Beat eggs and add milk, flour and salt. Beat just until smooth.
Fill each cup 1/2 full.
Bake at 450 for 25 minutes.
Lower temperature to 350 and continue baking for 15-20 minutes more.
They will "popover" the cups. They should be golden when done.

This is enough for 1 or 2 people...I usually triple the batch.
MMM--making them tonight...maybe I could fill them with egg salad too?

Where are you at fordlovinglady? I've been trying to find someone near me to buy from. A few friends and family gets eggs from me, and 5 of my 10 hens have decided they want to be mommies!
