why? ducks should have swimming water

Because we weren't going to fill a pool with new water everyday for them. We had originally gotten them for meat and we can't afford to waste water where I live

Plus if you watch them swim it will be harder to eat them.

I don't think its worth it to get ducks to eat them, there to cute! but if they are raised for meat, then they down need a pool, pet ducks do I think though. W have a spring that feeds out pond constantly, so we are pretty lucky with out water situation!

i think all ducks need water, makes them much happier

Ehh, maybe. But again, mine weren't pets and we can't waste that much water. To each their own though

They normally do get worse especially if he is only 15 weeks. I don't raise ducks for meat, but when I get an extra horny Drake he normally ends up in the freezer.

Ducks not needing bathing water, is equivalent to me not needing to shower, and times that by three, look how I'd turn out?

There is a reason they are called waterfowl, of course they don't need deep water to bathe in, but the side effects of doing so will be evident soon after.

Enough to fully submerge their body is adequate. So yes, to the kiddie pool.
