Owning chickens illegally

Yep.
But "pet pigs" have been normalized.
And it's about lumping 200 breeds of chickens (like dogs) into 1 "cover-all" which doesn't even cover what it should.

We live in a small town where people used to let their chickens run at large and wouldn't claim them when they got into mischief so the city banned them. I have chickens in an annexed area and noones ever said a word to me about my chickens (Always on my property and never get on the road)
