Hi everyone! I was just wondering if anyone would be attending the PA Farm show with their birds?

Yay! I am happy BYC people will be there! This is a silly question, but is there a sale area? I have a few birds I would like to sell, and I am sure I would look as well

Can you sell at shows even if you don't have any birds entered?

No sale area but you can inquire about a specific bird to the breeder or sometimes it is noted on the cage card the bird is for sale.
Depending how cold it is(and it always seems COLD) You could take birds but you could meet someone in the area before hand if you posted to BYC for sale.

No problem-friend of mine just lost her OE to a hawk so I am putting some eggs in as we speak. Amers probably wont lay til it warms up.
I probably will cut some that arent going to be breeders.

I'll make sure we have each others numbers...but just like last show you can easily find me..me with the 6 year old singing the "Chicken Dance" to the ducks,
his brother telling him to stop, and the 12 year old pretending she doesn't know any of us. (o:

After the judging is over, some people put for sale cards on the cages with a number. Rilly10 do you want me to enter the porcelain pullet and you can just pick her up after the show?

Just to mention that your only allowed 2 hens, pullets, cocks, and cockerels of each variety. For the silkies they only have black, buff, white, and I think gray as seperate varieties. Blue, partridge, splash, and anything else are lumped together into AOV
