Paint Silkies ~ European Lines

Here are two pullets and a roo that are from paint breedings that I am thinking of breeding .

I will pick best from offspring and breed back to paint.
I really would like some opinions on this.
The birds are of good type ,good feet,very nice silkies .What I am trying for is to better the paint by using good stock with both having the paint gene.Any thoughts?Pros or cons welcome.My feelings don't hurt easy so please be honest if you think I am wrong or you think the birds I want to use are wrong and won't produce what I want.

I my opinion they could be the Dominant White mutation "Smokey" (also in EU thay popped up in paints). If the are "Smokeys" and you look them closer you see they are always nice middle "blue" and not as with the real "Blue" sometimes darker sometimes lighter colored. (The first photo is too dark to can see something). If they are "Smokey" and you breed them together you will become at least 75% "Smokeys" and possible 25% Dominant White (depending if they are I^s/I^s or I/I^s) but you not become Black nor Splash as when they where Bl/bl+.​

The roo in first picture posted yesterday is black ,no leakage yet .I do have another with silver leakage along with a smokey (?) roo.
I also have two nice white roos NOT out of paint if you think that would be better .I am just thinking that two carrying the gene that are of good type may be better to improve the babies.But I am new to this so it is always possible I am wrong .This is a picture of one of my whites
he is young and just starting to fill out .Picture was taken over a month ago

its actually white but the light screwed the pics up

The paint spots appear at hatching, unlike the splashes, which develop later.

Why ?
Because color-genes not mix as fluids.
Advice :
Get to know the different color-genes.
Get to know how work the genetic hereditary transmission mechanisms (Dominance, recessive, epistatic, incomplete dominance, sex-linked, crossing-over).
Why ?
You said before you wanted to breed yourself SQ Silkies for exhibitions.

ya i do i have them to but i have a couple breeding pens i got a white silkie pen black silkie pen and i want to experiment with that silkie got it free just don't know what colour to put him to

Hi,

I am having some confusion to these silkies that have hatched... they come from white silkies but could they be a paint? I know they are probably not, but I thought it would be worth a check from everyone that knows about them Some of the others have much darker patches on them. But the trio I have them off are all blacked skinned and look quality white silkies, I know the chicks have pale skinned feet but I have noticed some of the paints have too... and they are starting to darken up with age. Any help would be really appreciated. I will post a pic of them a little bit older now and see what you think
