I picked up a cuckoo silkie that someone had returned to a feed store. I thought he was a roo, but "he" laid an egg yesterday. What happens if you combine a cuckoo hen with a paint roo?
I want to know this too

If the rooster has 2 barring genes you will get 50% cuckoo and 50% cuckoo paint . Males will have 1 barring gene . Females can only have 1 barring gene . If you use cuckoo hens and a black rooster you will get black sex links that can be sexed at hatch . Males will have a white head spot and 1 barring gene .I want to know this too
