These Paint silkies get brought up on here every couple of weeks. If someone was able to import, and breed a flock of them, the sale of these eggs and birds would make the Black Copper Marans "gold rush" pale by comparason.

Well, I just did a search for threads on this, but no real info is on them, pretty much everyone likes them, no one has them, etc...

The originals must have come from some breeding, just wished i knew what it was. I love the color looks like the Indian Paint horses.

There are several more extensive discussions on The Coop. Origin is discussed; right now I don't recall the details. I'm pretty sure that paint is one of the colours I was told have been imported recently.
