I was painting my toenails last night and my 6 week old house chicken, Coco, was very interested. I decided to paint her toes too!

She didn't peck her toes, but she did try to bite the polish brush while I was doing it! She is so calm and sweet. She is also my first female pet. I now have all sorts of dress up ideas. he he he.

Your chicken is ADORABLE!!! I just want to give her a big smooch. If you paint her nails you will have to post a pic.

  10. Awww! I did this to my runt porcelain d'Uccle and d'Anver roo. And hot pink of course. Their Faverolle and Cochin friends just stood with them staring at their toes for a good five minutes when I was done. :lau. Chickens staring at their own feet is so strange and adorable, all at the same time.
