Pair of Muscoveys ?

I have a pair of muscoveys what are my chances of getting babies ? They will be a year old this spring. ( they are new to me only had them a few days). I dont even know if she is laying yet, I have read that the females wait till they have alot of eggs before they sit. If I get eggs I wont collect them but wasnt sure of my chances since there is only 1 female.

You will definetly get babies if they are truly a male and female and they are truly a year old this spring....when they days get longer she should start to lay if she hasnt already. She will lay a large clutch and sit on it for about 35 days. Muscovy ducks are very good mothers. Congratulations on getting a pair, i'm sure you'll love them.
