Sorry that your hen is worse. Is her crop empty first thing in the morning? Her dropping looks like she might be suffering from a reproductive disorder. Will she eat anything now? Egg, mushy wet chicken feed are good for her. The food in the picture looks like scratch grains. Do you also feed a balance chicken feed? Did you ever start any B complex for her? I see that you have about 3 threads about this hen now, and that can be very confusing if we cannot see everything suggested and done. I would try to make her comfortable and offer the food for her up to her beak since she may be too weak to get to it herself.
