pale cone

i have a game hen that has a pale cone shes not laying around or anything but i did notice when i put water and food in her cage today she didnt eat and drink as much as usual she was just picking at both..her eyes arent swollen or anything like that her cone just looks a little pale

what could this be and what should i do?

Inspect her for lice/mites, she also may need to be wormed.
