Pale droopy wattles and comb

I went out to feed the chickens this morning and one of them was still sitting in the coop. Further investigation led me to notice that my 10 month old Cinnamon Queen hen had a droopy swollen looking face with pale discoloration. She's not molting and its about 35 degrees where i am. When i threw scratch feed, she ran over with all the others and began to eat and though she does seem a bit more sluggish then the others, she's still walking around. I can try to get a pic later. Any ideas?

There are a few infectious respiratory diseases that can cause face swelling (mycoplasma and coryza are the ones I can think of right now) so I'd keep an eye out for any breathing issues or eye/nose discharge. Otherwise it could be mites or pecking injuries? A picture would be helpful.

A picture would help. Do you see any bubbles or foam in one eye, or gunk? Any sneezing or gasping?

Your hen looks sick. Consider giving her a physical examination. If you don't find anything peculiar. It could be disease related or crop issue.
