Black Copper Mayan, 9-10 months old.
Seems like literally overnight, loss or thinning of feathers back neck, pale eyes and face. Behavior is mostly normal. Prior times this hen I thought was at top of pecking order without being a bully, not so much now. Currently eating well, usually upfront and first in line for goodies.
A month ago I thought she went through a molting thing; eating nearly stopped; separated herself from flock; eggs went from rich dark brown to blotchy light brown and hasn’t laid an egg for almost a month; appearance never changed till now. They usually forage from 9am - 5pm. Then off to bed
9 other hens and one rooster appear normal.
Suggestions what i can do?
Thank you
