Help the humidity is way too low and one hasn’t progressed

I added water because the humidity was low and out of one that has pipped its membrane is white and it has little movement also one just hatched

How long has the external pip been there? I just checked my notes - my ducks hatched at 36-60 hours after the external pip. Some partially zipped and then just sat there for hours before hatching the rest of the way. They were very pokey, but healthy.
