Panicking! Advice please!!!!

Pics
The big fear now is not hatching them to fast
If not absorbed and getting them out early the chance of making it is much less. Hard to keep the yolk moist once the air can get to it or rupturing
So much better if they can just absorb then hatch
He/she was ready. Hatched alone

Ok...the hatchling has a dried chunk of membrane on the back of its neck. Problem 2... the one still in egg is distressed. I waited to moisten him so I didn't give first born a chill and now that membrane is rigid. What do I do? His shell got trampled by fiest born but his head and chest are entombed w this dried membrane.

You won’t give the new one a chill by opening the bator to wet his membrane
Use a q tip and warm water and gently rub it
That stuff is hard to get off so did it in steps as yoy don’t want baby to get to wet and cold
The foot maybe fine I always say give it 24 hours
Cramped in a egg they can come out wonky and need time to stretch it out
Can you still see veins in baby 2 ?

I moved first one to brooder after dry and fluff stage so I could attend to egglocked one who is now stuck as anything! I can't tell if veins or not for sure. I don't think so but unsure. I can take a pic? Also should I put big sis back? Doubting every decision I make.
