I'm shaking as I write this, my 1 month old chick was somehow pulled through the enclosure and scalped by my other hens. I cleaned the wound with saline and sprayed with a wound spray. He's alert and in my lap right now, keeping him warm. Will the skin grow back?

Clip feathers away from the wound, clean it out, & put Triple Antibiotic ointment(Non Pain Relieving), on it to keep it moist. Repeat 2-3 times a day, or once a day if you don't have the time.

Make sure it's air healing, no wrapping/Bandaging.

If you're concerned about his flock mates pecking at the wound, you can crate him with the flock, or dye the wound blue with food dye.

Do you think I need to wrap it? There's a movable flap on the one side. I think the chickens ate alo of his scalp and back of his neck. @MysteryChicken
No need to wrap it. The flap of flesh will shrivel up, & fall off during the healing process.
