Panting chick..?

Can you turn your air condition on then?  They need to find a way to find a happy medium for their temps.
No A/C in this 83-year-old house, but she seems to be doing better now. I gave her a grape to pick at, and a piece of wet lettuce. She seems pretty happy to be receiving the special attention.

Hi, I'm a long-time chicken owner with a three week old cockerel that tilts his head and pants when he's lying down. He also sneezes occasionally and stretches his legs a lot. Poop is normal, eats, drinks and plays with his mate. My guess is he has a cold and possibly body aches. Lungs are clear, but some possible drainage in his throat. Anyone wanna take a stab at this one?

Does his crop fill and empty? Is he too warm? My first thought would to be to start him on Tylan for a respiratory illness. Mix a teaspoon per gallon of water and give him a bit and make sure he drinks it.
