I sent money last may 2011 and it is June 2012 and still no birds.. I am so mad and upset the money that was used to buy these birds was my son who is now 12 and he wanted them birds and now i have to tell him that we got ripped off.. and he is very upset he keeps asking "when will I get our birds mom?" and I have to tell him the man stole your money. I have asked Gary for my money back and still nothing. What are the options? does anyone here have any ideas?

I have had no big problems dealing with Gary. I bought Welsummer from him once in 2010 and once in 2011. In 2010 I got 20 some Welsummer chicks that were supposed to be all pullets but 2 and instead got like twelve roos and wasn't very happy. So I email him and told him the situation. He said he would exchange them or I could get half price on next Welsummer order. I opted for the latter due to me not wanting to drive 2 hours with 10 crowing roos in my back seat lol. He did true to his word give me like 12 Wellsummer Pullets for 3 bucks a piece and they were all pullets this time.

I have just noticed his site no longer exists so no idea.You never know the guy coulda gone through a divorce or had some kinda tragedy. I know it is little solace to those who are out money but he didn't seem like the kinda guy that wanted to burn anyone.

You are certainly entitled to be upset though I know how you feel.

I ordered birds in 2011. By 2012 after multiple attempts to get chicks and a refund I brought the state police into it. It is 2014 and I still have yet to see my chicks or my $120.
