Partialy Impacted Gizzard or infection suggestions?

Hi i did a quick necropsy and I believe I found the problem i could be wrong but i am going to assume it was an impacted gizzard . the crop had some stones in it but not much else other than some water.
The gizzard was full of little stones and some ground up grass which should have been gone because the chicken wasn't eating any grass or rocks for over 2 weeks the main problem I suspect was 2 large pieces of polished glass and 1 large stone which was likely blocking the gizzard from emptying there was more smaller pieces of glass as well .I did notice a spot in the intestines that looked a bit darker than the rest which could have been something but i never found any blockages in the intestines nor did i notice any worms at all the intestines had lots of air in them and nothing but greenish water and a couple of small stones. I do know my other chicken that died had a plum pit lodged in its gizzard that was not quite as big as the stone and that's what killed her i believe since i seen her eat it and then a few days later became sick.. I am attaching i photo of the crop contents.

Sorry for your loss. Did you notice if the walls of the gizzard were black and dead-looking? It's amazing what they will eat. I find glass occasionally and I keep a coffee can near my chicken run to put found objects in it.
 
Hi , The walls of the crop did not look abnormal as in black or dead looking and i believe it was the same as a normal crop i never studied the rest of the organs as i assumed the gizzard was the problem . I am not sure where she got all of the glass from but i do let them roam around and sometimes they roam too far. I cant imagine the supposedly sharp pointy glass being good for them. I will assume that the glass I found was polished in the crop and pointy when she ate it. I would say the large rock is what was blocking her as it is the largest item and wide as well but it could have been any one of those 3 pieces that blocked the gizzard. i seen them pick up big rocks before but they usually drop them not sure why she would have eaten such a big rock and big pieces of glass I will have to provide more grit i suppose.
