Partridge plymouth rock -- 12 weeks -- reassure me

This is my PPR Misty. Yesterday (all of a sudden) she started getting these saddle feathers. They are round, not pointy. Her comb and wattles have been small all along. Is she still a pullet?

She is just going through a shaggy stage, not a sex change! Looks like a hen to me, lol!!!

Pretty sure she's a hen, how old is she?

Well just looking at the comb and lack of curved tail feathers she still looks like a she to me. Contracts, a very pretty bird.

12 weeks this Sunday. She is pretty. She was pretty non-descript as a chick, but those partridge colored feathers are lovely.
