I’m hoping this is a hen, supposed to be a Partridge Rock and I’m not familiar with the breed at all but she is much bigger/heavier with a bigger comb (orange) than the rest and my husband tells me she is crowing. She’s is definitely louder and noisier than the rest. Does anyone know this breed? Could it be a roo?

Hi there, welcome to BYC! :frow

I agree with the first two posters, that is an Easter Egger cockerel. You do not have any Partridge Rock in your group that I can see. :)
Agreed.

These are partridge rocks. See the yellow legs(your bird's legs are willow green), single combs (your bird is pea combed), clean faces (your bird has bearding) and difference in plumage pattern?

Thanks everyone. Has anyone had luck with those no crow collars? Our coop is close to neighbors and I’m worried about the crowing. This chick is very sweet and my favorite. I am broken-hearted about thinking about rehoming it.

Maybe some eggs will make the neighbors look the other way? Have they complained at all? Personally I like hearing my neighbor's roosters :) Makes me smile
