Partridge Silkie & white Silkie cross?

Just wondering if anyone has seen the results of a partridge & white Silkie cross, & if so, might it be an attractive bird? I've seen lots of white crossed with other colors online, but never a partridge, so I'm guessing it's not too pretty...Any ideas?

Thanks. When you say that it is an "off switch", do you mean that it dilutes whatever color it's mixed with, or is dominant & overrides it, or maybe either case? I am soooo unknowledgeable about the matter of genes & colors at this point. Just trying to learn a bit. What color is the pretty bird on your avatar? The colors that you are working on sound awesome! Isabel Porcelain...is that like a very light blue? That & the fawn are gorgeous, I bet! Would love to see pics if you have time!

Ok, Sonoran, i saw your pics from another post about the coloring for the Isabels. So pretty! I think all Silkies are beautiful! I really like the blue splash myself...maybe one day I'll be forced to spring for having one shipped from a breeder, or if I get lucky, the 3 white hatchery Silkies I have now will sit some eggs ordered from a breeder next year. Yay! I just LOVE counting my chicks b4 they hatch!

Hello I have a partridge rooster and 2 white silkie hens girls currently sitting on their first clutch this is also new for me still learning can post picks when they hatch if you like

I got a partridge and 2 blues/blacks (sold then before they were adults so I couldn't tell) from 2 white females and a black rooster, so it seems pretty random

Hi! What did you hatch? I crossed my Partridge Silkie Roo with my White Showgirl Bowtie and I keep getting more Bowties than regular but they are all Partridge! No other colors.

So I have a partridge showgirl roo and white hen. This was one of the babies I just hatched! Can't wait to see it full grown! I also hatched a silver/gray partridge chick and a normal partridge color showgirl chick.
