I think Tortoise Shell describes him better. He doesn't look "right" for Partridge, something missing and something added. His wings look Barred instead of Partridge marking too. Cute Feller - I am in the same boat - too many boys and not enough girls! Finally took some pictures of my 4 1/2mo old Silky cockrel. Not sure if he's Partridge or a Tortoise Shell. His name is Ping.
This picture showes the color on his wings. The black shines green.
Picture below is a good overall view of Ping.
Tried to show his feet here but he's kinda sitting on them.
Again a try to show his feet.
If was hoping for a female as I've too many males. I will be rehoming him.
If your Black boy carries partridge then you might get Partridge/Blue Partridge. Your hen carries White, and if your Black carries White you will get White. If your Black is only Black then the chicks will all be Black or Blue, but they MIGHT carry Partridge and/or White. You are really going to mix a mess in there for the next generations - no telling what you will end up with. Your Blues and Blacks will probably have red leakage from the Partridge - so won't be usable in a Blue or Black pen. The Whites may have some brassiness from the red also.
