Wow, me too. I would have thought that it would have been a big show....
But then again, a friend of mine that is a very respected breeder told me that the security wasn't good and the weather was always too hot. So maybe that's why is wasn't that good. Don't know.
They are just beautiful... I'm pretty sure that you are correct. Shroom is a little lady - and a pretty little thing at that. Yes indeed, they do change so quickly. For a while it's like everyday you see so many changes and then they stall out for a while and then one day you go out to the barn and WHAM! They are all grown up. The boys crack me up when they go through that real gangley stage. They look like fuzzy prehistoric raptor - which I guess they are. That first little one in the picture is really pretty too. They are all beautiful and you should be so proud of them.
I had to stop by and share!! A friend took 6 of our silkie eggs to hatch! One hatched last night!! A few others have cracks! I'm so excited and I can't wait to see them. We had the partridge roo in with our partridge hen and the buff hen. So I have no idea what hatched! I don't even care!!! So excited!

It's always so much fun to hatch babies. It gets a little tiring after 3 or 4 months, and you're ready for a break. But then you start getting ready to do it all over again. VERY congrats!!! Have to get some pictures for sure.
