Partridge Silkies - Nothing else

I guess I can see why there is no standard yet for blue partridge. Who will eventually decide what the correct standard is? Or am I wrong and there is a standard?

If you say "blue partridge" on a coop card/entry form, judges will judge colour based upon the standard for partridge, but substituting blue for black. Anytime you modify a standard variety name by adding a colour dilution (or enhancer) that would be the case.

im not shure what that is but it not splash partridge splash partridge should look like regular partridge with splash in stead of black

If thats the case then how can you call the orange and cream bird of mine a splash partridge? it has no blue in it what so ever and no partridge markings. - my point from earlier.

blue is the dilute of black. splash is of blue you now diluted the partrdge 2 time from it origenal color your going to loose details when you dilute any color
