Partridge Silkies - Nothing else

Ok, I am so confused!
I have a chick that I bought (the one in my avatar, Peepers) because I thought it was a partridge. this chick did not have one chipmunk stripe on it at all, and its wings and rear end were greyish. I bought it at 2 days old.
Its overall coloring has stayed the pretty much the same, but it has what you called peppering on its wings. could this be a Hen?

And what color partridge would it be considered, with the brown and grey parts? If it is typical for a part hen to have the peppering, would a roo NOT have that pattern?
What would be the possible color outcome if it was a hen and put in with a black roo?
Dang, I knew I should have gotten the other one that lady had.....

These pics are almost 2 weeks old now, and the chick is about 10 weeks.
Thanks in advance....I am hoping for a hen

Yes, certainly a partridge, even a Blue partridge, I can't see a eyeline and this is not really peppering but more stripes on the wingfeathers, it have also a Columbian-like restrictor because no pattern on the chest. On these data I say it's a cockerel. To be sure take good detail photo of the comb from the front to can see if it's swollen yet and a profile photo of the beak to can see the curve.

ok, I got a couple other pics today while I was moving my younger chickens...we have a big storm coming, and the 4 little ones had to be moved to the barn, so i took the opportunity to snap what I could while they were locked up in the little cage.

Peepers has no eyeliner at all, never even had a stripe of any sort.

This pic below is of the last batch of pics a couple weeks ago, but is the best pic I could find as beak profile. This chicken will sit still if I am talking to it, but as soon as I get the camera, it won't

Thanks for the new photos. I can see now the comb and the beak curve. We can say it's a she. That she not have (had) the eyeline is because her E-allel (= ground-pattern) must be Wheaten (eWh/eWh or eWh/eb). The eyeline is an indication on Asiatic Partridge (eb/eb) and Bankiva Partridge (e+/e+) chicks.

I didn't know beak curve was an indicator of sex. Can you explain further? :)

Very Cool!! I have to agree that I saw a 'more boyish' look to my grey silkie roo 'Fred" from the beginning! After seeing this, That beak looks exactly like Fred at that size!
I thought Peepers looked more 'girlish'
Thank you very much!
