Partridge Welsummer?

My father in law bought these chickens from a lady off CL and was told that they are Partridge Welsummers. They are lovely birds but he doesn't believe that they are actually that breed, I was hoping someone here could add a bit of clarity in regards to what type of chooks he really has...TIA

Meantime, this is what Welsummer look like and I'm not familiar with them having any color other than partridge, though there are some breeds that look similar if you don't know what you are looking at...

I still haven't gotten around to reposting pics....but from your pictures I'd say he has Welsummers. They look dead on like his hens. Honestly I'm a little envious, they are lovely chooks. Thanks for posting Eggsighted.
