Parakeets, yes, she clarified. Baby guineas are called keets, though, so I got confused (and hopeful).

Speaking of guineas, we do have two females from this year's little trio. Spook will have a cute little lady, and so will Tourettes.
(Ooh, I'll need to figure out who Spook hooks up with -- might be able to hatch baby Spooklings!)

He's only 6 years older than me so he was 21 when he helped.
But I say he's old now and he gets mad! I thought he was 36 for two or three years in a row and it turns out he barely turned 36 in 2020!! I'm a horrible wife not knowing how old my husband is

Confusion has passed. I don't usually hear parakeets referred to as "keets," and that is why I was confused -- I'm not anymore.
Keets and 'keets are totally different.
