Yeah, I’ve cut back. I don’t usually get them since I don’t usually drink that much but then a couple weeks ago I way upped it and got them the next couple days till I had some so then I stopped.

Ice cream is basically just milk, egg, and sugar -- you can make a custard base, if you want, or just use milk.
I have made ice cream/gelato like this before. It takes a while if you're doing a lot, but it's easy. The more you stir it, the smoother it will be.

This still sounds totally gross. You haven't sold me.
