There’s a committee and official organization and no of course not but to be able to be listed on the official thing they have to get approval and they are also required to maintain them regularly. Of course not everyone will but most geocachers are very outdoorsy and environmentally conscious people and they even have events where they clean up the area on the way out. The forest service and stuff supports them too. Nobody wants to destroy the environment. It’s one tiny box hidden

I can guarantee there are people in your city that do this. The thing about Geocaching is that you actually have to go outside and find things. Kind of like Pokemon Go, but for real stuff.

Your hands touch all sorts of gross stuff -- chicken crap, baby diapers, raw meat, whatever unlucky toilet paper for wiping, outdoor-germ-covered chickens, whatever the dogs rolled in when you pet them... yet, you never think twice about eating with your hands.
