Pavlovskaya

I was gifted a flock of pavlovskayas from a family member who was moving and couldn't keep them and I want to hatch eggs. My issue is that two of the roosters don't have the muffs and beard. One of them has a very Polish mop on his head to boot. Should those two be removed from the breeding pen, do you think? Or is it all part of the fun, the randomness of the breed? Also, that rooster on the right, is that an accepted color? I haven't seen one like that yet. But it's hard to find info on these guys.

I hatched out 9 of these for the easter hatch-a-long. I think I may not know something about Pavlovskaya chickens. They have nice, fine, high roosts. But they all prefer to come flying at my head, shoulders, neck, back at roosting time! Do they like to roost in trees? Should I create a tree like roost? It sounds cute, but it's very disconcerting to have 9 babies flying at your head all at once!
